Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru SD Inpres Borong Pala'la Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode ex-post facto. Penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh guru di SD Inpres Borong Pala’la Kabupaten Gowa dengan populasi dan sampel sebanyak 25. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistic deskriptif dan analisis statistic inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah di SD Inpres Borong Pala’la Kabupaten Gowa berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif berada pada kategori tinggi; (2) Kinerja guru di SD Inpres Borong Pala’la Kabupaten Gowa berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif berada pada kategori tinggi; (3) Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru berbasis kompetensi di SD Inpres Borong Pala’la Kabupaten Gowa.
