STRATEGI MENGURANGI KECEMASAN DALAM TEKANAN PEKERJAAN DAN KEMAMPUAN MENYELESAIKAN MASALAH DENGAN KECERDASAN EMOSI PADA KARYAWAN

Anxiety is a common psychological disorder due to the complex nature of individual roles and responsibilities, which increases fear of future life. The ability of Central Java Province National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) employees to face work pressure and solve problems sometimes causes anxiety and different work pressures. Anxiety is one of the factors that influences problem-solving abilities and how strong employees are in accepting pressure. Anxiety experienced by employees can have a negative impact on their ability to solve problems and their readiness to accept pressure at work. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques carried out by triangulation (a combination of observation, interviews, documentation) carried out on employees of the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Central Java Province. The research results show that the anxiety experienced by employees has an impact on their physical, emotional and cognitive abilities under work pressure and their ability to solve problems. Employees who have high emotional intelligence can handle work pressure and have the ability to solve problems well. Employees are able to understand problems, plan problem solving, carry out problem solving and are able to evaluate themselves, have good self-awareness, coping strategies, manage emotions, have good empathy and social support and focus on solutions. By diverting attention from anxiety, they can think more clearly and make better decisions.Downloads
