PENGARUH PEMBELAJARAN QUANTUM TEACHING BERBANTUAN PROJECT BASED LEARNING (PjBL) TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA PROGRAM STUDI PGSD FKIP UNCEN

This research aims to examine the influence of the Quantum Teaching learning method assisted by Project-Based Learning (PjBL) on the learning motivation of PGSD FKIP Cenderawasih University students. In this research, the Quantum Teaching and PjBL learning methods were applied to the experimental class, while the direct learning method was applied to the control class. The research results showed that students who were taught using the PjBL-assisted Quantum Teaching method experienced a significant increase in learning motivation. As many as 90% were in the medium category, 30% were in the low category, and none reached the high category. In classes taught using the direct learning method, there was no significant improvement as seen from the presentations obtained, as many as 44.87% of students were in the medium category and 55.17% were in the low category. The effectiveness of implementing Quantum Teaching assisted by PjBL has proven to be more effective in increasing learning motivation compared to direct learning. The combination of these two methods creates a more interactive and relevant learning atmosphere, encouraging students' active participation and sense of responsibility in learning. Recommendations for lecturers are to integrate Quantum Teaching and PjBL methods in routine learning. Further research is recommended to explore the effectiveness of this method in various educational contexts. Educational institutions are advised to support innovation in teaching methods by providing training for lecturers.Downloads
