This study aims to test the effect of using BigBook-AR Beni (Bentuk Energi) learning media on improving the understanding of energy concepts in grade 4 students of SD Negeri Bajarejo. This study uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design of the one-group pre-test-post-test type. The research instrument is in the form of five descriptive questions that have previously been tested for validity and reliability. The validity test shows that all questions have a calculated r value> r table with a significance of <0.05, so they are declared valid, while the reliability test shows a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.782, which means the instrument is reliable. Pre-test and post-test data were analyzed using a paired sample t-test after meeting the normality assumption with the Shapiro-Wilk test. The results of the analysis showed a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores with an average increase of 19.2 and a significance value of 0.001 (<0.05). These findings indicate that the BigBook-AR Beni (Bentuk Energi)learning media is effective in improving students' understanding of energy concepts. This media can be used as an alternative in learning, especially for materials that require visualization and interactivity to facilitate student understanding.Top of FormDownloads
