Abstract: Research results (1) Planning the Project for Strengthening the Independent Dimension of Pancasila Student Profiles at Pondok Modern Selamat High School a) Developing the School Vision, Mission and School Goals; b) Prepare RKJM, RKT, RKAS according to school needs; c) Designing dimensions, themes and time allocation for the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students; d) Create a project priority activity module; ) planning assistance in project implementation. (2) Implementation of Strengthening the Independent Dimension Pancasila Student Profile at Pondok Modern Selamat High School a) providing an example; b) provide independence guidance; c) provide rewards and punishment; d) getting used to independent practices such as class cleanliness pickets; Clean Friday; Processing plastic goods becomes a skill as a project assignment; The habit of being independent in making decisions; and making crafts. (3) Supervision of Strengthening the Profile of Independent Dimension Pancasila Students at Pondok Modern Selamat High School includes internal supervision carried out by the principal and supervisor, then external supervision carried out by the school committee, seen from the technical side, supervision is carried out with two approaches, namely direct technical supervision and indirect supervision in report form. Apart from that, supervision of a) assessment standards; b) assessment; c) assessment results in the form of a project report; d) data-based planning; e) digitalization of schools. The conclusion is that the implementation of Strengthening the Independent Dimension of Pancasila Student Profiles at Pondok Modern Selamat High School, Kendal Regency goes through the stages of planning, implementation and supervision, all carried out continuously and together with school stakeholders.
