Abstract

This study aims to develop and implement an educational management model based on Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah (Aswaja) values to improve students' learning motivation in elementary schools. Students' learning motivation is an important factor in achieving academic achievement. By integrating Aswaja values ​​such as faith, piety, noble morals, and enthusiasm for learning into the learning process, it is expected to create a conducive learning environment and motivate students to actively learn. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The subject of the study was an elementary school that had implemented an educational management model based on Aswaja values. Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews with teachers, students, and principals, and document analysis. The results of the study showed that the implementation of an educational management model based on Aswaja values can improve students' learning motivation. This is indicated by increased student participation in learning activities, a growing sense of responsibility, and increased student interest in learning. In addition, this model can also create a positive and harmonious learning atmosphere. This study concludes that the educational management model based on Aswaja values has great potential to improve students' learning motivation. However, the success of implementing this model is influenced by several factors, such as the commitment of the principal, teacher support, and parental involvement. Therefore, further efforts are needed to disseminate this model and conduct further research to test its effectiveness in different contexts.
