The weak understanding of student in mathematics is often caused by conventional learning methods that are less interactive, so that students only memorize formulas without any in-depth understanding. This study ains to produce teaching materials assisted by the Canva application with a problem-based learning model based on local wisdom in providing conceptual understanding of flat shape material in grade IV of elementary school. This type of research was Research and Development using the ADDIE model. Data collection instruments were interviews, questionnaires and test. The result of the validation of material experts obtained a score of 51 with a percentage of 85% categorized as very valid and very feasible. The results of the trial on 9 students obtained a total score of 90 with a percentage of 100% assessment categorized as verry practical. The results of the teacher respons test on teaching materials assisted by the Canva application with the problem based learning model obtained a total score of 69 with a percentage of 98,57% categorized as very practical. Based on the result of the test conducted by 9 students of class IV UPT SPF SDN 105359 Sumberjo, it showed an increase in students ability to understand the concept of flat shape by 78,2%.Downloads
