This study examines the role of career guidance services in fostering Islamic work enthusiasm among students at SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung. The focus is on the forms and techniques of career services that enhance Islamic work spirit in students, particularly in exploring interests and talents and selecting study programs for further education. The study uses qualitative descriptive methods with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Results indicate that career guidance by counseling teachers is implemented through scheduled and various service forms, achieving a success rate of 75% in enhancing students' Islamic work attitudes and behaviors.Downloads
