PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATERI BANGUN DATAR DENGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN LEARNING CYCLE DI KELAS IV FASE B SDN 15 TABING KABUPATEN PASAMAN

This research was motivated by the lack of optimal implementation of learning about flat building material by teachers, which had an impact on the low learning outcomes of students in class IV SDN 15 Tabing, Pasaman Regency. The aim of this research is to describe the improvement in student learning outcomes in flat shape material using models Learning Cycle in class IV at SDN 15 Tabing, Pasaman Regency. This research is classroom action research (PTK) which uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. Implemented in two cycles, namely cycle I consisting of 2 meetings and cycle II consisting of 1 meeting. Each cycle includes four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were teachers and students of class IV SDN 15 Tabing with a total of 30 students and data collection techniques in the form of observation, tests and non-tests. The research results showed an increase in: a) the teaching module in cycle I obtained an average percentage of 85.4% (good) and in cycle II obtained a percentage of 95.83% (very good); b) the implementation of the learning process aspects of the first cycle teachers obtained an average success percentage of 84.75% (good) and the second cycle 94.4% (very good); c) the implementation of aspects of students in cycle I obtained an average percentage of 81.95% (good) and cycle II 94.4% (very good); d) the learning outcomes of students in cycle I obtained an average of 77.76 (fair) and cycle II 90.95 (good). Based on these results it can be concluded that with the model Learning Cycle can improve student learning outcomes in flat building material in class IV SDN 15 Tabing, Pasaman Regency.Downloads
