IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DI MADRASAH AL-IHSAN: TANTANGAN DAN STRATEGI

This research examines the implementation of human resource management (HRM) at Madrasah Al-Ihsan, an Islamic educational institution. This study aims to identify the HRM practices implemented, the challenges faced, and the strategies developed to improve the quality of HR in the madrasah. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and document analysis. The research results show that Madrasah Al-Ihsan has implemented several modern HRM practices, but still faces challenges in terms of competency development and performance assessment systems. The strategies implemented include increasing training programs, improving compensation systems, and strengthening organizational culture based on Islamic values. This research provides insight into the complexity of implementing HRM in the context of Islamic educational institutions and highlights the need for a balanced approach between modern management principles and Islamic values.Downloads
