A quality educational institution also has an impact on improving quality human resources. The better quality of an educational institution will ideally produce good input, process, and output as well. Educational institutions need to design and implement appropriate strategies to improve the quality of graduate quality. This study aims to describe the strategy of improving the quality of graduates at the Al Bayan Anyer Superior Islamic High School through the Successful Entrance Campus Excellence Program. This research uses a qualitative approach with the Case Study method. Data collection was done through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed: 1). The strategy to improve the quality of graduates at Al Bayan Excellent Islamic High School through the Successful Entrance Campus Flagship Program includes strategies on input, process, and output. 2). The input strategy is related to the admission strategy and selection process of students and teachers; 3). Process strategies relate to quality improvement policies and participatory management carried out by the Principal by involving internal and external parties of the institution; 4). The strategy to improve the output quality of graduates is related to optimizing the synergy of mentoring for Class XII students.Downloads
