Abstract

The 2013 curriculum teaches that teachers must be clever in classroom conditioning, especially when delivering material. As time goes by, the 2013 curriculum which has been running until now is still not completely successful because some educators still do not understand the important points in delivering the material. Therefore, researchers want to test the demonstrasion method’s effectiveness method based on YouTube in Civics subjects at MI El Rahmah Surabaya. This research using kuantitatif’ method which its data taken from pretest and posttest with 25 MI El Rahmah Surabaya students as the subject. The results shows that 85% of students experienced improvement after being tested using the demonstration method that proven by paired simple test using, the SPSS application. As the result, known that significant value was 0.000<0.05. From that value, result of H1 was acceptable and H0 was unusebale. This research concluded that demonstration method affected on student’ learning, especially in term of quality.
