This study aims to analyze the transformation of Islamic education through contemporary leadership of the head of the madrasah in the development of science and technology at MTs Ar-Rois Cendekia, Semarang City. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The results show that the head of the madrasah implements participative leadership involving teachers, students, and the community in decision-making processes to create an innovative and collaborative learning environment. The integration of technology in education is carried out through the use of digital devices in the classroom, continuous training for teachers, and experimental programs such as science clubs and technology competitions. Comprehensive and sustainable strategic planning and collaboration with universities and research institutions enrich the students' learning experience and open up further innovation opportunities. In conclusion, the adaptive and innovative leadership of the head of the madrasah successfully directs the transformation of Islamic education with a focus on the development of science and technology, improving the quality of education, and preparing students to face future challenges.Downloads
