Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and explore students about how big the relationship is between memorizing the Qur'an and Arabic, especially Maharah Istima’ and Maharah Qiro'ah. This research has 2 research methods, namely qualitative research and quantitative research with the research population, namely all 513 students of Ar-Rohmah Hidayatullah Middle School, Malang, who were classified based on 10% sampling in each class. The data used in this research are primary data from students' MQ (Madrasatul Qur'an) report cards, Arabic language test scores that researchers tested on students including Maharah Kitaabah, Mahaarah Qiro'ah and Maharah Istima', results of interviews with students and teachers. , as well as observations of the learning process. The correlation analysis test in this study used the Pearson Product Moment method. From this research, results were obtained which stated that there was no relationship between variables
