Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students, this is caused by learning which is still dominantly one-way and teachers do not apply a variety of certain learning models. This research aims to describe the improvement in student learning outcomes in Pancasila education learning using the role-playing learning model in class IV SDN 05 Sasak Ranah Pasisie West Pasaman. This research uses a qualitative and quantitative approach with the type of research, namely Classroom Action Research (PTK). This research was carried out in 2 cycles, cycle I was carried out in two meetings and cycle II was carried out in one meeting. Each cycle involves four stages, namely the planning stage, implementation stage, observation stage and reflection stage. The subjects of this research were 22 class IV students at SDN 05 Sasak Ranah Pasisie. The research results showed an increase in: a) cycle I teaching modules with an average of 81.24% (B) and cycle II with an average of 93.75% (A); b) implementation of teacher activity aspects in cycle I with an average of 82.5% (B) and cycle II with an average of 90% (B); c) student learning outcomes in cycle I with an average of 74.59 (C) and in cycle II with an average of 87.66 (B). Based on these results, it can be concluded that the role-playing learning model can improve student learning outcomes in Pancasila education learning.
