Abstract

Class action research (PTK) aims toKdetermineKthe improvement ofKlearning processes and outcomesKby using theKProblemKBasedKLearningKlearning model in science and technology learning about the water cycle inKclassKVKUPTDKSD Negeri 57KParepare. TheKapproachKused is aKqualitativeKapproach. The data collectionKtechniquesKusedKareKobservation, tests, documentation. The research subjectsKwere 1 classKteacherKand 16 students. TheKresearch was carriedKout in twoKcycles. InKcycle I, theKresultsKof researchKon the learning processKfrom the teacherKaspect wereKin goodKqualifications (B), namely 86%, from the student aspect, they were in sufficient qualifications (C), namely 69%. Meanwhile, inKcycle II, theKresults of researchKon the learningKprocess from the teacherKaspect were in goodKqualifications (B), namely 100%, from theKstudent aspect, theykwere in goodKqualifications (B), namely 90%. The studentKlearning outcomesKtest is in goodKqualifications (B), namely 85%. The conclusionKof this researchKis that theKapplication of theKProblemKBasedKLearningkmodelKabout the waterKcycle canKimprove theKscience andKscience learning processKand outcomeK for class V UPTDKstudents atKSD Negeri 57KParepare.
