Abstract

This research aims to describe the improvement in student learning outcomes using the scramble type cooperative model in the Pancasila Education subject class IV at SDN 20 Indarung, Padang City. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) using a qualitative and quantitative approach carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects in this research were 27 class IV students at SDN 20 Indarung in the January-June semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. Research data consists of the results of observations of teaching modules, results of observations of teacher and student activities, as well as student learning outcomes using the Scramble type cooperative model. Data collection techniques include observational analysis, tests and non-tests. The research results showed an increase in Pancasila Education learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. The learning outcomes of students in cycle I obtained an average of 73.41 (C), increasing in cycle II to 87.03 (B). Thus, it can be concluded that the scramble type cooperative model can improve student learning outcomes in class IV Pancasila Education subjects at SDN 20 Indarung, Padang City.
