MENINGKATKAN KERJASAMA DAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK KELAS III B SD KANISIUS KADIROJO PADA MATERI SATUAN TIDAK BAKU MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL)

Abstract

Effective education requires cooperation and good student thinking skills. Mathematics is an important scientific discipline in everyday life and the development of science and technology. In this research, we use the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model to improve collaboration and student learning outcomes in mathematics learning. This research was conducted on class III students at SD Kanisius Kadirojo with a total of 16 students, consisting of 9 boys and 7 girls. This research starts from March 2024 to April 2024 and is divided into three activity stages: preparation, action implementation, and data analysis and reporting. The results of the research show that the application of the PBL model can increase student collaboration, with the percentage of student collaboration increasing from year to year. 57.44% in pre-cycle to 86.25% in cycle II. Apart from that, student learning outcomes also increased, with the average grade for mathematics subjects, especially non-standard units, increasing from 57.44%. Before the research was conducted, while at the end of Cycle II, students who completed (score ≥ KKM) reached 86. 25% with an average student evaluation test score of 85. on student learning outcomes in cycle II, they have reached 100% completeness. In terms of cooperation and learning outcomes, it was also found that female students were also superior to male students, but both still got maximum results and met the specified completion criteria (KKM).This research shows that the PBL model can help improve collaboration and student learning outcomes in non-standard unit material.
