PENGARUH MODEL PENUGASAN GURU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN JARAK JAUH DAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA SD DI KECAMATAN MUNTILAN

The COVID-19 pandemic has not only impacted health and the economy but also the education sector. Schools have been forced to close to prevent the spread of the virus. Distance learning has become one of the government's policies to ensure education continues even without face-to-face interaction. In distance learning, teachers are required to innovate the learning process to maintain students' learning achievements. Two aspects explored in this research as efforts to improve students' learning achievements are teacher assignments and emotional intelligence. The objectives of this study include analyzing the influence of teacher assignment models in distance learning on students' learning achievements, understanding the influence of emotional intelligence on students' learning achievements, and determining the combined influence of teacher assignments in distance learning and emotional intelligence on students' learning achievements at the elementary school level. The research method used a quantitative approach with correlational research design. The results of the study indicate a relationship between teacher assignments in distance learning and students' learning achievements, with a significant impact of approximately 75.72%. Additionally, it is evident that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant relationship with students' learning achievements, with an impact of about 21.22%. Meanwhile, the combined influence of the teacher assignment model in distance learning and emotional intelligence on students' learning achievements at the elementary school level is quite high, at around 93.6%.Downloads
