PENGMBANGAN E-MODUL BERBANTUAN APLIKASI CREATOR BOOK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HIGHER ORDER THINGKING SKILL (HOTS) PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATA PELAJARAN BIOLOGI

The learning process should be designed effectively and efficiently so that concepts and knowledge are conveyed well. Fact, in the biological learning at SMAN 2 Negeri Agung Way Kanan does not use e-modules which can support learning to be more efficient. This research aims to develop an e-modules yet that can support learning to be more efficient. E-Modul by the book creator application to o improve students' higher order thinking skills (HOTS) in biology subjects. used is Borg and Gall's R&D (research and development) with 9 simplified stages. This research uses expert questionnaire research instruments (media, materials and language), student questionnaires, and higher order thinking skills test questions and documentation. Based on the results of the feasibility test on e-modules assisted by creator books to increase students' HOTS in biology subjects, the average percentage of media expert validators was 88.88%, material experts 87% and language experts 89.5% with the criteria "Very Eligible”. Meanwhile, the student response was 87.34% with the criteria "Very Interesting". Next, the effectiveness is seen based on the t test, the Sig value is obtained. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05, with an average N-gain pretest and posttest HOTS score for students of 0.70. Thusit is concluded that e-modules assisted by creator books can increase students' HOTS in biology subjects and greatly suitable for use as a learning resource and learning media for students.Downloads
