This research aims to find out how difficult it is for teachers to implement Pancasila values in the elementary school environment at SDN 21 Pekanbaru. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive methods. This research uses 3 data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is according to Miles and Huberman. The results of the research show that there are difficulties for teachers in implementing Pancasila values in the elementary school environment at SDN 21 Pekanbaru, namely first, divinity, humanity, solidarity, classification system, majority rule and equality. tan in implementing the values of Pancasila. The type of difficulty experienced by students is truancy for reasons who is not clear, does not do homework from the teacher, does not attend ceremonies flag on Monday, cheating on exams. The efforts made by teachers in overcoming difficulties in implementing Pancasila values in class IV of SD Negeri 021 Pekanbaru are by upholding the attitude of giving an example to students, habits that teachers often carry out, implemented by students, providing moral messages and advice. to students.Downloads
