KEBIJAKAN PEMERINTAH TERHADAP PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER BERBASIS PROFIL PELAJAR PANCASILA KURIKULLUM MERDEKA DALAM MEWUJUDKAN VISI SDGs PENDIDIKAN BERKUALITAS 2030

Abstract

Of the several problems with the independent curriculum-based character education policy, especially being a pioneer in realizing the SDGs vision of Quality Education 2030, there is a disruption in the correlation of several programs which have been announced by the government with the current educational reality which results in a lack of synchronization. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Pancasila Student Profile becomes a forum for implementing character education in the independent curriculum as well as its consequences for education. This research is library research using a critical qualitative-descriptive methodology, through searching and collecting data, information and references through books, journals or papers and continuing with critical analysis. The results of this research are an emphasis on the concept of the Pancasila student profile as an effort to internalize Pancasila values ​​to become a forum for transforming Pancasila values ​​systematically, consciously and continuously within the framework of the national system. And students' faith is a very significant factor in the character of Pancasila student profiles, especially in realizing quality education. As a consequence, the Government is focused on the curriculum to the extent that it has an impact on changing the curriculum in each period. This actually shifts the professional education which is no less important as the focus point for building the character of students and makes education just a transfer of knowledge in long life education, even the focus point of meaning becomes a principle before the implementation of values. -The values ​​of Pancasila itself must be strengthened using a framework of qualified academic studies and regulations as the formation of Quality Education with Pancasila Character.
