Entrepreneurial skills are important in developing an entrepreneurial spirit and preparing students to face the business world. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach at a Market Day activity held at SD Negeri Demangan. The research informants are educators, students and parents of students. Data was collected through observation, interviews and document analysis related to Market Day activities. The research results show that the application of management principles in market day activities contributes to improving students' entrepreneurial skills. Management principles are planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. Through a planning process, students determine the products to be sold, collect funds and determine the timing of market day activities, assisted by teachers and parents. Organizing activities involves division of tasks, management of resources, and team coordination which helps students in developing organizational and leadership skills. The implementation of Market Day activities is running according to the predetermined plan. Direction and evaluation is carried out through surveillance of activities and provides students with the opportunity to develop decision-making and problem-solving skills. The application of management principles in Market Day activities has a positive impact on the development of students' entrepreneurial skills. Through this Market Day activity, participants are taught about various aspects of management and gain practical experience managing a small business.Downloads
