Abstract

This research aims to provide knowledge about Children with Special Needs (ABK) and how to handle Children with Special Needs (ABK). This research was conducted in Seluma and Kaur in four different places, namely Kota Agung and Kunduran in East Seluma, Durian Bubur, Talo, Seluma and Kasuk Baru, Kaur. The target of this research is the surrounding community, especially parents. This research was carried out through research conducted by researchers by directly observing the conditions in the field. The results of this study found that the knowledge of the local community about Children with Special Needs (ABK) is still very common, many of the people do not know what Children with Special Needs (ABK) are and how to handle them. The results of this study are expected to be able to provide knowledge about Children with Special Needs (ABK) so that parents and the community are no longer wrong in handling them.
