Publication Fees

Jurnal Riset Akuntansi Kontemporer (JRAK) applies the following publication fees for manuscripts that have successfully completed the editorial and peer-review process and have been formally accepted for publication:

  • International Authors: USD 0 — No Article Processing Charge (APC) or publication fee.
  • Indonesian Authors: IDR 1,500,000 per accepted manuscript.

The publication fee contributes to the journal's editorial management, manuscript preparation, online publication, DOI registration, digital archiving, and other activities required to maintain the quality, accessibility, and sustainability of the journal.

Payment Policy

The publication fee is payable only after the manuscript has successfully completed the editorial and peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication.

Payment of the publication fee does not influence the editorial decision and does not guarantee manuscript acceptance. All manuscripts are evaluated based on their academic quality, originality, methodological rigor, relevance to JRAK's Focus and Scope, compliance with publication ethics, and the results of the peer-review process.

Manuscripts may be rejected at any stage prior to acceptance if they do not meet the journal's editorial, scientific, or ethical standards.

Editorial Independence

JRAK maintains a clear separation between financial transactions and editorial decisions.

The publication fee has no influence on reviewer recommendations, editorial evaluation, or the Editor's final decision. Editors and reviewers assess manuscripts solely on the basis of scholarly merit, originality, methodological quality, relevance to the journal, and compliance with publication ethics.

Regular Editorial and Peer-Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to JRAK follow the journal's regular editorial and peer-review process. Manuscripts are processed according to the journal's editorial workflow and reviewer availability.

JRAK does not guarantee a specific review completion date, acceptance date, or publication schedule before the manuscript has successfully completed all required stages of editorial assessment and peer review.
