PEMANFAATAN CERITA RAKYAT DI KABUPATEN BANDUNG DALAM PENYUSUNAN BAHAN AJAR MENDONGENG BERBASIS KEARIFAN LOKAL

Abstrak

This research attempts to draw an overview of the need of literature learning at high school. The achievement of learning targets is influenced by the use of learning media. The teacher's accuracy in using the media will affect student motivation and achievement. The obstacles faced in the implementation of learning are 1) students do not have supporting facilities in learning; 2) the availability of reading sources is still limited. Based on that, this research attempts to create local wisdom-based teaching material. The local wisdom was recorded from the verbal traditions in Bandung Regency of West Java. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Results of this study shows that there are seventeen verbal tradition used in this research and the results of the feasibility test of teaching materials to users obtained an average of 85.75%. Therefore, we conclude that the teaching material is feasible.
