Aktivitas Antidiabetes Ekstrak Gryllus Bimaculatus terhadap Penurunan Glukosa Darah Tikus Jantan (Rattus norvegicus) Diabetes

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi efek ekstrak Gryllus bimaculatus terhadap kadar gula darah dan kolesterol pada tikus diabetes (Rattus norvegicus). Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen laboratorium dengan desain acak lengkap (Randomized Complete Design) yang melibatkan lima kelompok perlakuan: kontrol negatif (Na-CMC 0,5%), kontrol positif (Glibenklamid 0,013 mg/kgBB), serta tiga kelompok yang masing-masing menerima ekstrak Gryllus bimaculatus pada dosis 12,5 mg/kgBB (P1), 25 mg/kgBB (P2), dan 50 mg/kgBB (P3). Setelah perlakuan, kadar gula darah dan kolesterol diukur menggunakan alat Easy Touch GCU pada penelitian hari ke-17 dan ke-25. Analisis data menggunakan uji Anova dan uji Duncan dengan IMB SPSS statistics 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian ekstrak pada dosis 50 mg/kgBB (P3) dapat menurunkan kadar gula darah mendekati normal selma 14 hari dengan penurunan sebesar 39,11% (dari 354,40 ± 7,53 mg/dL menjadi 215,80 ± 5,21 mg/dL), sedangkan kadar kolesterol menurun hingga 17,64% (dari 230,20 ± 2,79 mg/dL menjadi 189,60 ± 4,76 mg/dL). Analisis statistik menggunakan uji ANOVA menunjukkan perlakuan berpengaruh terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah, dan uji Duncan menunjukkan seluruh kelompok perlauan ekstrak Gryllus bimaculatus berbedanyata, dengan P3 memiliki efektivitas serupa dengan kontrol positif Glibenklamid. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan dosis ekstrak Gryllus bimaculatus 50 mg/kgBB (P3) efektif dalam menurunkan kadar gula darah dan berpotensi sebagi alternatif dalam mengatasi hiperkolesterolemia.Downloads
