REHUMANISASI BISNIS BERKELANJUTAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengusulkan kerangka konseptual mengenai pendekatan dalam bisnis berkelanjutan dengan perspetif Islam dengan integrasi kesejahteraan fisik dan spiritual manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan konseptual kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka terhadap berbagai literatur mengenai bisnis berkelanjutan, spiritualitas kerja, dan maqashid syariah. Analisis dilakukan melalui proses identifikasi konsep, kategorisasi tema, evaluasi kritis, integrasi teori, dan penyusunan model konseptual. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik bisnis berkelanjutan modern masih berorientasi pada manusia sebagai aset produktif yang memiliki kebutuhan material dan emosional semata. Penelitian ini mengusulkan konsep Bisnis Berkelanjutan dengan memperhatikan manusia secara holistik yang terdiri atas keberlanjutan ekonomi, keberlanjutan lingkungan, keberlanjutan manusia secara fisik dan secara spiritual. Kerangka ini diharapkan dapat memperluas pemahaman mengenai keberlanjutan manusia secara lebih utuh melalui keseimbangan antara kebutuhan material, emosional, dan spiritual dalam organisasi modern.
