Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi transformasi pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa (student-centered learning/SCL) dalam meningkatkan kesiapan kerja mahasiswa sesuai Permendiktisaintek No. 39 Tahun 2025. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory research, penelitian melibatkan 372 mahasiswa aktif dan dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa implementasi SCL berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja (β = 0,312, p < 0,001). Efikasi diri akademik, pembelajaran yang diregulasi sendiri, dan keterampilan berpikir kritis terbukti memediasi hubungan tersebut secara signifikan. Dukungan institusional dan kompetensi pedagogis dosen memoderasi hubungan antarvariabel, memperkuat efektivitas SCL. Model penelitian memiliki daya prediksi kuat (R² = 0,61). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya transformasi pedagogis holistik yang mengintegrasikan desain pembelajaran inovatif, pemberdayaan psikologis mahasiswa, dan dukungan sistemik institusi untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang kompeten dan siap menghadapi tuntutan dunia kerja abad ke-21.
