MODEL KEWIRAUSAHAAN KOMUNITAS BERBASIS NILAI ISLAM DAN BUDAYA LOKAL: PERAN PEMUDA DALAM TRANSFORMASI SOSIAL-EKONOMI DESA DIGITAL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kontribusi Model Manajemen Kewirausahaan Komunitas (MKK) dalam transformasi sosial-ekonomi desa digital berbasis nilai Islam dan budaya lokal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus eksploratif di dua desa komunitas Muslim di Jawa Barat. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi terhadap 15 informan kunci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sinergi antara nilai keislaman, budaya lokal, digitalisasi, dan keterlibatan pemuda mampu membentuk ekosistem kewirausahaan komunitas yang inklusif, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan. Model MKK mendorong partisipasi pemuda, memperkuat etika usaha berbasis syariah, serta mengintegrasikan inovasi digital secara kontekstual. Simpulan menunjukkan bahwa MKK relevan sebagai strategi pemberdayaan ekonomi desa berbasis nilai dan kolaborasi. Replikasi model ini direkomendasikan untuk mendukung pembangunan desa digital yang berkeadilan dan berkelanjutan.
