SINERGI PENDIDIKAN INKLUSIF DAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN INOVATIF SEBAGAI STRATEGI MEWUJUDKAN VISI INDONESIA EMAS TAHUN 2045

Pendidikan inklusif dan kewirausahaan inovatif merupakan dua pendekatan strategis dalam pembangunan sumber daya manusia, namun belum banyak dikaji secara sinergis dalam konteks kebijakan nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi integrasi keduanya dalam mendukung visi Indonesia Emas 2045. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), melalui telaah terhadap enam artikel ilmiah yang relevan dalam rentang waktu 2018–2024. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan inklusif telah berkembang dalam kerangka regulatif nasional, tetapi masih menghadapi tantangan implementasi di tingkat lokal, seperti keterbatasan guru terlatih dan sarana pendukung. Di sisi lain, kewirausahaan inovatif menunjukkan potensi besar dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi kelompok rentan, termasuk penyandang disabilitas, namun belum terintegrasi dalam sistem pendidikan secara sistemik. Temuan memperlihatkan belum adanya kebijakan intersektoral yang menyatukan nilai-nilai inklusi dan pemberdayaan ekonomi dalam satu kerangka pembangunan manusia. Berdasarkan kerangka Capability Approach dan arahan SDGs, sinergi antara pendidikan inklusif dan kewirausahaan inovatif dinilai mampu memperluas kapabilitas individu untuk hidup mandiri dan produktif. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi kedua pendekatan ini perlu diformulasikan dalam kebijakan pendidikan dan pembangunan nasional sebagai strategi transformasi sosial dan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan, relevan dengan Asta Cita dan peta jalan Indonesia Emas 2045.
